Yield Indemnification

Modification or Termination of your Yield account

You are aware that Yield.com has sole discretion over the status of your account, and may terminate it and the use of any party of Yield.com, if it believes that the user has acted contrary to or violated any agreement stated in these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Yield.com cannot be held liable to you or a third party for the termination of access to Yield.com. At our discretion, Yield.com has the right to edit, remove or add changes to these Terms of Use at any time. Check this page for a current and up to date Terms of Service. California Governing Law
